We love to Run here at Body4u

Why? People ask us this question all the time. So here are just a couple of reason

: 1: Getting outdoors especially in the mornings and seeing the beauty of a sunrise 😊 2: Running, especially outside creates a release of endorphins that can cause a general sense of happiness. 3. Train my brain as well as my body. We will learn so much about yourself as you run. 4. Stress relief 5. Builds confidence. As you get fitter, faster, stronger, you get a feeling of empowerment knowing your body is strong and capable. Running is good for the mind and the body. So lace up those shoes and get out there and give it a go
