Outdoor Group Fitness / Bootcamp
45 minute, outdoor class incorporating boxing, cardio and strength in a fun environment. While this class is designed to challenge, it caters for all fitness levels as participants work to their own level. Bootcamp classes are great for fitness and overall toning. Average calorie burn per class is 500 calories.
Spin / Cycle
45 minute, stationary cycle class with motivating music. It is a high intensity workout that incorporates intervals of work and recovery for a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills. Participants can expect to leave sweaty and with heavy legs. Average calorie burn of around 500 calories.
Group Fitness - Circuit / Indoor Bootcamp
This 1 hour class can incorporate circuits, boxing, or cardio and strength training in a fun environment. Circuits focus on body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
This class caters for all fitness levels as participants work to their own level.
Bootcamp / Circuit classes are great for fitness and overall toning. Average calorie burn 400-600 calories
Boxing Fitness combines authentic boxing technique on Pads with associated exercises to Burn Fat, Improve Stamina and Get Stronger! Classes combine boxing skills, cardio fitness, flexibility and body strength for all fitness levels, female or male. The main aim is to Get Fit while having fun. Womens Group Fitness
Fantastic for mums after school drop off. HIIT Circuit Class - a high intensity, short recovery tabata style class including an all important core component, with a combination of self-selected weights, gym machines, spin bikes, bodyweight exercises. During cooler months a small amount of outdoor running/circuits will be included.

MetaPWR HIIT Circuit
30 minute HIIT class that gets big results. It combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency, it works multiple muscle groups and it is challenging. Exercises can be modified for any fitness level.
30 minute high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete.
Weight Machine Circuit
Weight machine circuit training provides a way to improve your muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness simultaneously. A circuit is a series of exercises you perform with little rest in between. We add resistance exercises in your circuit to help strengthen your muscles. By keeping your heart rate up, you improve your aerobic fitness and burning more calories than standard resistance training.
Tabata HIIT Circuit
A high intensity, short recovery Tabata style class including a Core component. Either with self select weights, gym machines or bodyweight exercises. The duration will vary, 30 - 45mins, depending on the format.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
