8 Week Challenge
The body4u 8-week challenge is an ideal way to kick start a healthy lifestyle, lose weight and tone up, to overcome plateued results or to re-focus your training regime that has become stale.
The program entails eight weeks of following a very ‘clean’ eating plan, combined with a strict training regime. Minimum training requirements are outlined for each client and each client is responsible for constructing their own training plan (with the help of your Personal Trainer and within the Challenge guidelines) adapting to their own lifestyle and schedule. Oh, and most importantly: NO ALCOHOL for 8 weeks!
