1.You don’t have to continue Personal training to remain a member at body4u!

As a loyal Personal Training member you are able to upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time without incurring a fee, or you may switch to one of our loyalty gym memberships which start from just $20 per week. This is especially beneficial if you would like a break or rest from your Personal Training for a while but want to maintain your fitness and gym habits. You may resume your Personal Training membership at any time or you can simply stay on your loyalty gym membership indefinitely. Loyalty memberships are exclusively available to Personal Training members after a minimum 3 month initial term.

2.Due to the request of many of our clients we have introduced a simplified direct debit membership renewal procedure. Instead of you being asked by your Trainer or Admin if youd like to renew your membership at the end of each membership term, we will simply continue you with your current chosen membership. Of course, you are welcome to cease or change your renewed membership at any time and for any reason whatsoever. Our commitment is that there will be absolutely no cancellation fees or penalty incurred as a result.

3.We love and appreciate your client referrals to help us grow our business and we reward you with a thank you and a $15 Gift body4u voucher for every client you refer to body4u

New Year New You

For the past 8 weeks, two lucky body4u members have been undergoing a lifestyle and body transformation. They have been subjected to the body4u prescribed strict eating plan and body4us weight loss prescribed training plan. The results have been fantastic!

Congratulations to Annette and Greg who together have lost over 21kgs!

New Years resolutions of losing weight, feeling healthier and getting rid of those bad habits are normally never put into action. Both Annette and Greg have proven that determination and persistence do pay off - they have never felt better.

Annette - “I was so unfit at the start, however over the eight weeks I have
become healthier, happier, skinnier and more determined to follow this
challenge as far as I need to”.

Annette thanks everyone at body4u for their effort and ongoing support -
“Without such dedicated and motivating team builders from the body4u team,
none of this would have happened the way that it has”.

Greg is happier with his weight loss result and overall fitness levels - “It
makes you realise that you are capable of so much and is certainly the

The training regime was not for the faint hearted with Angela Houseman and
team taking both Annette and Greg through their paces. From long walk/runs
to bike riding to mountain climbing to gym workouts, Annette and Greg not
only lost a great amount of weight but also gained muscle, fitness and
improved health.

8 Week Challenge

Do you want to kick-start a healthy lifestyle? Or just simply lose a few extra kilos? Then the body4u 8 Week Challenge is just for you.

Its a great opportunity to lose weight, transform your lifestyle and make exercising work for you. Theres no need to dramatically change what you do the 8 Week Challenge is designed in a way that you can easily adapt your training and eating plan to your daily schedule.

Re-energise yourself with help from the body4u training team. All participants will receive a body4u tote bag, towel, t-shirt, cap and a food and exercise diary as well as Personal Training, group classes and mid -challenge weigh in with unlimited on-going support.
