Kristy has a passion for sport and excels in a wide variety of sports, including Touch Football. She has played Touch at a National level since the age of 12 and is currently a member of the U20’s Australian Touch Football squad. Kristy is also studying a Bachelor of Secondary Education, specialising in Physical Education and Geography teaching. She is hoping to pass on her enjoyment for sport through her teaching.

I love seeing body4u clients achieve their goals through hard work and dedication. After each shift I get motivation to keep on track with my own fitness goals, so in a way the clients are inspiring me.”
