Personal Trainer
Jessie’s love for personal training was inspired by her desire to improve her own strength and fitness levels when she became a professional motorcross racer at the age of 18. With over 16 years motocross training and racing, and numerous Australian and Oceania titles to her name, Jessie experienced first hand how personal training can help a person to reach their individual goals.
She has now been personal training since 2003 and gets a buzz out of motivating her clients to become fitter, stronger, healthier and happier people.
Jessie’s motto is, “live life to the fullest; we only get one chance this isn’t a practice run - so make the most of it!”
