Q: Can anyone join body4u?
A: Yes – we have members as young as 9 and as old as 80.
Q: Do I have to do personal training to join body4u?
A: In most membership options yes, but we do offer some cardio based memberships that don’t include personal training.
Q: Can I try out body4u before I commit to joining?
A: Yes, you can book in for a casual personal training session or a casual group class to see if you like what we offer at body4u.
Q: Are body4u personal trainers all trained professionals?
A: Yes, all body4u trainers are registered and accredited nationally and hold current first aid and insurance certificates.
Q: What happens if I go on holidays or am sick and cannot do my Personal Training Session?
A: So long as you give the required notice, we will 'Time Stop' your membership and you wont lose any of your personal training sessions.
Q: Is body4u crowded like the other gyms?
A: No, due to the unique nature of body4u, our membership numbers are kept low to give you more personal attention and an uncrowded gym to do your training.
