Angela brings a wealth of knowledge to body4u through years of experience in, and research into, the health and fitness professions. She also has an innate ability to motivate and instruct her clients to achieve results beyond their wildest expectations.
Angela executes her training with the same enthusiasm and commitment she has instilled in herself through her own sporting and fitness training career, including many years of running and triathlon training and competition. Her sporting achievements include:

Through her own experience of being a mother (she has two beautiful children) and training many woman after giving birth, Angela has developed a unique training system designed specifically to help mothers reshape their bodies to pre pregnancy and beyond their ultimate post-childbirth condition.
Angela’s training philosophy is designed to help her clients achieve and maintain the perfect balance of diet, training and lifestyle.
